I am fine today.
I brought Aaron to UH for MMR vaccination in the early morning. The vaccine protects him against Measles, Mumps and German Measles (Rubella). Since my immune system is suppressed by drug and this vaccine contains attenuated (modified) live viruses, there is a risk for me to get infected with the virus if I am too close to him. The transplant handbook recommended me to keep a distance from him for about 6 weeks.
As I blog on Day +286, my wife and I are going for 2 days 1 night holiday now :-)
