Day +1819: MBS Pangkor Trip (5) - Marina Island Domestic Jetty

I am fine today.

After the visiting the Mangrove Park, we proceeded to the domestic jetty at Marina Island to be transferred to Pangkor Island. This is my first time ever to know that such a jetty exists. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach Pangkor Island by ferry.

Marina Island is a man made island. I believe it is a ambitious development project that not only providing jetty service, but also recreation activities and luxury apartments.

Parking fee cost RM5 only per day.

Day +1818: MBS Pangkor Trip (4) - Visiting Mangrove Park

I am fine today.

We visited the Lumut Mangrove Park (Taman Paya Bakau) after the lunch. It is a certainly a place that deserves a visit. You can find bridge stretches through the mangrove forest, providing a very comfortable walk through the forest while enjoying the magnificent creation of God :-) Better still, the entry to the park is totally free. However, one thing every visitor need to be aware is that there are plenty of monkeys there, ever ready to snatch any of your belongings.
