I am fine today.
After my bone marrow transplant, my sons Joseph and Daniel asked me many times the above question. They dream to live a life in the kampong. There are so many interesting things in the kampong – animals, insects, plants, rivers, fish ponds, sands – which they rarely have a chance to touch or play with in the city. To them, kampong is as good as a holiday resort.
The following series of photo will show that why the kampong is so good :-)
The house is on the hill surrounded by various types of fruit trees. The wooden house that I lived for almost twenty years.
Many coconut trees planted by Richard.
Juicy and tasty oranges just next to the house.
One of the beautiful view that we get from looking through the window. To be continued and see you next post :-)

Hi Sir,
Wa... really can not believe that you are from the Kampung which is more kampung than mine :)
Definitely you have a great childhood .
Hi SzuKiak,
Yes, very very rural, especialy when we were young. No electricity, water supply, telephone. Use kerosene lamp at night :-) Despite this, the life was great!
