I am fine today.
My sister was discharged this morning. Doctor gave her 30 days leave. He has to take care of herself carefully and avoid doing heavy work to prevent the stitches being torn apart.
In fact, the operation removed her entire uterus rather than the tumor only. The doctor who operated her is Dr. Ting Hua Seng. She studied in England and worked in Singapore for six years before coming back to work in Sibu General Hospital.
My sister is very glad that she was operated by an experienced surgeon. Initially, she was a little bit worried that should an inexperienced surgeon operated her, some other organs might be cut as well :-)
I feel that this worry is valid. She is very happy after the operation is completed successfully.

Is Dr Ting Hua Seng a lady doctor by the name of Miss/Mdm Dr Ting Hua Sieng (丁华仙）？
You are right. Dr. Ting Hua Seng is a lady doctor. I have changed "he" to "her" :-) David
She was a Sibu Tung Hua Sec. School top student. I taught her in 1983 and she was in Transition Class scoring first position in class. Rev. Wong Kai Huo (in Sibu now) was her classmate.She was a brilliant student.
Great! It is definitely give you great sense of achievement. Right? Also pastor? That is very good too!
