I am fine today.
Pastor Andrew and Mrs. Andrew – also a pastor – will be leaving us very soon. They started the church in 1997 with four members – Pastor Andrew and his wife together with their two boys, Derek and Benjamin. So the first church service was indeed a family worship.
There are now more than 100 people attending the church service, and we also own our own church building in Bandar Puteri Puchong. I am very thankful to God to be able to witness the growth of this church.
My family joined the church in 1998, and since then established a strong friendship with them through participating actively in the church ministries.
Pastor and Mrs. Andrew take care of the church members extraordinary well. During the potluck gathering, many members shared about how Pastor and Mrs. Andrew had helped them during their difficult times; be it relationship problem, financial difficulty, health crisis, and almost any other problems. To them, Pastor and Mrs. Andrew are just like their parents.
When I was diagnosed with Leukaemia, Pastor Andrew flied to Kuching immediately to pray and to take care of me in the hospital. This showed how much he concerned about me. He even cried during a sharing session in the church when he mentioned about my disease.
My wife also benefited a lot from advice and help from Mrs. Andrew especially in the area of parenting and child birth.
We had a lot of good times together; holiday together, searching and enjoying delicacies together, and serving the Lord together.
Definitely, like most of the church members, we will miss them very much.

Wow! So much. Bear in mind that this is only the first round.
I will share with you the delicacies that we had in the following post.
See you next post :-)
