My wife made very beautiful and delicious tuna puff yesterday. Her colleague in school taught her how to make it.
One of the most important ingredients is the skin. For convenient sake, she purchased the skin from the hypermarket instead of making it herself. 10 pieces of skin cost RM4.5 which is rather expensive. However, each piece of skin was divided into two, so she managed to make 20 tuna puffs.
The next attempt is to make the skin ourself to drive the cost down :-)
