My niece and her husband who is a cook prepared a great meal for us; a meal better than anything else that we eat during the holiday :-)
Very big clam or "tiram"; RM10 per kg
Snail - eat one year once
Fresh water prawn or big headed prawn (大头虾) - also one year once
Crab
Baby corn
Master cook - he was off on Wednesday and became our private cook :-)
Cooking - cooked clam for the mixed vegetable later
