“It’s been a long time we haven’t had dinner together,” my wife said a few days ago.
As a consequences, I brought her to Meaty House, Taipan for dinner tonight.
A colleague who stays in USJ introduced the restaurant to me. The restaurant serves a variety of pork products such as pork sausages, pork ribs, pork knuckles and so on.
We ordered two dishes – Baby Back Ribs with Sausages and German Style Pork Knuckle.
We were not really satisfied with the foods especially the German Style Pork Knuckle. It was so tough and salty. It was as though we were eating salted fish :-( And there was nothing special about the pork sausages too.
However, we were still very happy because we just wanted to have a private dinner together. Again, it is the togetherness that counts, not the food :-)
The photos of the dishes that we had can be attractive but I would not recommend the restaurant to you.
