I am fine today.
My wife and I attended a cell group potluck dinner tonight. It was held at a church couple’s newly rented house. There are about 20 members turned up for the potluck dinner and cell group meeting.
During the meeting, a member shared how her life was transformed by Jesus. She used to be an alcoholic who managed to consume a tremendous amount of alcohol without getting drunk. After she became a Christian, she got drunk even drinking a little bit of alcohol. We believe that this is how God work miraculously to free her from the bondage of alcohol painlessly :-)
My wife was having headache and we prayed for her during the meeting. He told me later that her headache disappeared immediately after the prayer. Wonderful!
God listens and answers to our prayer, and this is exactly what the bible teaches us. "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.” Mathew 7:7.
If you are encountering turmoil in your life, come to Jesus and pray to Him. He will lead you through the even most difficult episode of your life :-)
