I am fine today. Continue from yesterday...
In fact any computer can act as a license manager. There is no need for the polytechnic to purchase a RM10,000 Windows 2008 server and the RM5,000 HP workstation for this purpose. What a waste! You might think that who care, it is not our money. But wait; if you pay tax, this is your money. Even if you didn’t pay tax, it is also your money, because it supposes to be used for something that really benefits you. I wonder how many similar wastages are happening, and I believe some of them might involve amount a lot greater than this.
On the way back, we went to Melaka town to have the famous chicken rice ball as lunch :-)
The sales engineer who drove the car became very sleepy and have big problem in keeping his eyes open on the way back from Melaka. According to Aaron, "if you don't want to open your eyes, you are sleeping." And sleeping while driving is extremely dangerous. In order to make the journey less dangerous, I took over the driving job and we were back to Puchong safely at 5:30pm :-)
This is the first time that I visited a client post bone marrow transplant.
