I am fine today.
I am getting much better today :-) No more fever with reduced cough.
Richard’s family reached here in the afternoon. He went to KK, Sabah on 25 Nov, and then went to Kuching for a few days before coming here.
His traveling itinerary was fixed long time ago to take into the advantage of the zero fare flight. But AirAsia cancelled the flight between KK to Sibu few months later after the booking. So he rearranged his traveling points to fly from KK – Kuching – Sibu rather than the original plan KK – Sibu – Kuching.
Richard was told that the flight from KK to Kuching was at 4:00pm but when he reached the airport, the flight was departed two hours ago :-( It was found out later that the customer service told him the time wrongly. Fortunately, all conversation was recorded in their customer support system; else AirAsia could simply said that it was Richard who heard wrongly.
In order to get the family from KK to Kuching on the same day, AirAsia flew them to KL first and then back to Kuching, wasting many hours to unnecessary flight. It would be a gain for those who like to fly – just to be in the air - but I doubt any one of the family would like to do this.
