My sisters who visited us with their children from Sarawak brought to us a lot of goodies. They made full use of the 60kg luggage capacity that they are entitled.

Dried Kampua Mee
My third sister gave me abundant supply of ENERCAL PLUS. She said this nutritional drink will bring back my weight :-)
Apart from this, they brought to us frozen kampong chickens and ducks too. Hopefully, with these goodies, my weight will recover very soon.
