Day +685 : Caring and Superman

I am fine today.

I attended the church care group meeting yesterday. A brother who shared in the meeting talked about how our Pastor helped him and his wife last time. They used to have intensive quarrel quite regularly.

“Whenever we quarrel, Pastor will be around in one hour, even in the midnight,” he said. He was reminding the care group members that caring people needs sacrifice. If someone hits a problem and needs assistance in the midnight, we have to be there also.

I thought of Superman immediately after hearing what he said. If every one of us is equipped with Superman shirt that allows us to fly freely, then it should be no problem for us to reach someone within an hour :-)

Do you know where I can get the genuine Superman shirt; the one that allows us to fly? I am very interested :-)

Caring people is definitely not an easy task. One might need the strength or capability of superman to care for someone; especially those who experienced very difficult situation. Without love and compassion, there is no way for you and me to do the job well, even if you have the genuine Superman shirt.

See you next post :-)
