I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML) December 2005 which required me to go through 4 cycles of chemotherapies and a peripheral blood stem cell transplant (PBSCT). This blog, started while I was doing transplant, gave a real life account of the transplant, other treatment experiences and also my life after transplant.
I am fine today.
Today is Labour Day. Everyone enjoys a day off.
My wife and I attended a church member’s birthday party at noon.
We were served with delicious food and cake. This was the first eating session of the day :-)
About 20 church members attended the party.
