Day +1450 : Retreat at Pine Resort KK (3)

I am fine today. Continue from yesterday...

Pine Resort is situated next to the market. It was about 2:00pm when we checked in to the resort.

We were given three rooms, all of which comes with porches facing Mount Kinabalu. As our rooms were exposed to direct sunlight, it was very hot in the afternoon. However, it was cool under the shade.

Mount Kinabalu was covered by cloud most of the time in the afternoon but we had a very clear view of it in the morning.

We walked to Kendasang market again after settling down. I took quite a lot photos along the way. We purchased some vegetables, a knife and Rojak sauce.

Just before we returned to the resort, we saw a stall selling barbecued chicken wings and chicken butts. One chicken wing cost RM1.20 only - that is really cheap. We also purchased two sticks of barbecued chicken butts. That was the first time I ate chicken butts; very nice indeed :-) Not everyone dare to eat chicken butt because they thought that it is smelly and dirty but I can tell you for sure that it is not smelly at all.
