Day +989 : Holiday at Tasik Kenyir (5)

I am fine today. Continue from yesterday…

When we came back to the houseboat, the dinner was ready and we were too hungry to cook the fish for dinner. So there was no fish for dinner even we were rich of fish.

"Can't imagine we got to enjoy such delicious dinner on a boat," a hungry Daniel said while enjoying eating the dinner.

After the dinner, Richard, Dennis, Joseph and Daniel were having camp fire at night.

The night was very cold but unfortunately the boat only provided mattresses and pillows but not blankets. We all didn’t expect this. Luckily, we brought two blankets and my wife was kind enough to lend her jacket to me.

We slept on the upper desk, closing all windows to keep the room warm. It was a tough night for most of us; the mattress provided were too thin and many of us only realized that we experienced sunburn when we felt pain in the back and shoulder in the midnight.

We didn’t apply sun block lotion as we didn't expect to get sunburn in a lake.

Our dinner
Everyone is hungry
Joan is hungry too
Camp fire beside the boat
Only the boys are interested
To be continued and see you next post :-)
