Following an abundant river fish feast August last year as I blogged on Day +769 : A river fish feast, I was invited to have another one this evening. This time William asked me to bring along my whole family as the catch was abundant.
William and another church member, Mr. Lo, went to fish again after the church service this afternoon. They caught more than12 kg of fishes this time.
We had dinner at Kee Tek (记得) Restaurant located somewhere at 14 miles, Jalan Puchong. This is the restaurant William and his gangs visited most of times to have their catch steamed. In fact, they also visited the restaurant for meal during non-fishing days.
Nineteen of us including the children finished about 11.5kg of fish :-) One of the fishes was not cooked.
The fishes were very fresh and delicious. Apart from the fishes, we ordered two side dishes – fern shoots and sweet potatoes leave.
