I am fine today.
My wife would like to try making cookies this year. She identified a few types of cookies to make from the large collection of recipes that we possessed.
I brought her to a bakery and confectionery ingredients shop called Bake With Yen (KL) Sdn. Bhd. situated at Bandar Puteri Puchong, opposite Giant Hypermarket. This was our first time visiting such a big and complete (at least to us) bakery and confectionary ingredients shop. I believe one could find any ingredients related to baking and confectionery there :-)
We managed to make two types of cookies tonight; crispy chocolate cookies and almond biscuit. With the help of a Nga Ming's friend who is expert in making cookies, we manage to complete the tasks successfully. The children like the almond biscuit very much.
