Dr. Francis Lai and Dr. Lee are the advisers of my cell group in the seminary. Both of them have their birthday on February, and for Dr. Lee in particular, today is the exact day of his birthday.
I was reminded by a cell group member that today is Dr. Lee's birthday yesterday evening. The cell group member advised me to bring a cake to the seminar this morning. Since it almost 8:30am by the time I received the reminder, I rushed to a cake shop nearby to purchase a cake.
Both Dr. Francis and Dr. Lee appreciated very much that we celebrated their birthday today :-)
