I am fine today.
The Chinese department of the seminary organised a Chap Goh Meh Festival celebration this evening. All students, staff and lecturers including those from the English department are invited to attend. As mentioned earlier, I am one of the organizing committee members of this event :-)
The main dishes for the celebration was prepared by the kitchen staff. However, students and lecturers contributed many other foods such as kuih Nonya, oranges, and dried meat (肉干). One of the most notable dishes was duck tongue brought over by the spouse of a China student. This is the first time I know that duck tongue can be served as delicious dish :-)
