There was raining and lightning in the afternoon and soon after that, my fixed telephone failed to give dial phone and the internet line was down.
I depend internet so much for my work as I put a lot of documents online. Without internet means without work and this means losing money. However, Telekom still collect the bill happily while we are losing money :-( This is Malaysia!
This is the second time I experience this problem in less than two months. The system is so susceptible to rain. What a service!
I hope Telekom manages to fix the problem in the near future.
