There are a lot Chinese restaurants at Brinchang. If you must take fast food, there is a KFC restaurant there as well. Apart from this, I also came across a Starbucks restaurant at Tanah Rata.
So never worry about meal on Cameron Highlands; there are plenty to choose from :-)
