Day +1032 : Leadership retreat at Fraser's Hill (1)

I am fine today.

There are a number of routes to Fraser's Hill from Puchong:
Fraser's Hill (104 km from Kuala Lumpur) can be reached from Kuala Lumpur through the North-South Highway turning-off at either Rawang, Lembah Beringin or Tanjung Malim. From these exits use the old Tanjung Malim - Kuala Lumpur trunk road to Kuala Kubu Baru. From Kuala Kubu Baru take the Kuala Kubu Baru - Bentong/Raub road towards Raub. You will be driving along a winding road for a stretch of about 40 kilometers until you reach “The Gap” the one-way road up to Fraser's Hill.
We started our journey at 11:00am from Puchong, and took the Tanjung Malim route – a route that gives smoother driving experience. According to Richard, the Rawang route – the route that he took returning from Fraser’s Hill - has too many traffic lights.

We reached Kuala Kubu Baru at about 12:00pm, and had lunch there. Based on some “intelligence”, we managed to have lunch at a stall that served very delicious dishes – braised pork with preserved vegetable, and stingray with bean curd.
