We didn’t have much programm and activity for this retreat. One very important thing that we need to learn is to stay quiet, something which is difficult for busy people who live in the city.
Rev. Lui would like everyone of us to rest, to appreciate the wonder of the nature, to listen to ourselves and to God, and be restored in Him.
During the sharing session on the second night, all participants eagerly shared their experiences of this retreat. Most of us felt that we were closer to God and to ourselves; knowing God and ourselves better :-)
I would like to share the foods of the day with you first. I was still very hungry in the morning and thus enjoyed the breakfast very much. But my eating capacity started to degrade from lunch onwards. Too much eating :-)

My first round
2nd round :-)
On the second day, our speaker, Rev. Lui, insituted a rule for the lunch and dinner that no one was allowed to serve himself or herself - a lesson to serve. We were not allowed to talk either. When we served others, we were served as well, and everyone got abundant suppy of food :-) This indicates that our life could be enriched by serving others :-)
