A church member brought us to The Unique Taste Restaurant (古早味滑滑板面茶餐室) for Pan Mee after the church service last Sunday. The restaurant offers two choices of Pan Mee; machine flattened or hand-pulled.
Most of us ordered hand-pulled Pan Mee as we were advised that it gives better texture. Indeed it is smooth, elastic and tasty.
If you like to eat Pan Mee, I highly recommend the Pan Mee in this restaurant to you :-)
