I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML) December 2005 which required me to go through 4 cycles of chemotherapies and a peripheral blood stem cell transplant (PBSCT). This blog, started while I was doing transplant, gave a real life account of the transplant, other treatment experiences and also my life after transplant.
I am fine today.

Our church is organizing a blood donation campaign with UH at our church on the Saturday, 6 June, from 10am to 4pm. As a blood disease patient, I received numerous blood transfusions and really appreciate those who kindly donate their blood. Without them, I am dead.
I encourage you to come forward bravely to donate your blood.
