After the lunch, we headed to “The Gap”, and reached there at about 2:45pm. The road from the “The Gap” leading to the top of Fraser’s Hill is for one way traffic only. The odd hours are for traffics that are going up the hill and the even hours are for traffics that are going down the hill.
We waited at “The Gap” until 3:00pm before embarking on the last stretch of our journey to the hill top.
We stayed at The Pines Resort. Two nights stay including full meal cost RM160 per person only. The resort allocated 4 3-room apartments for us. Except for the couples, each one of us was allocated a single room :-)
The apartments here are not really well maintained. And the service of the resort was quite slow. Many apartments were not equipped with electrical kettle. It took them many hours to supplied us the kettle upon request :-(
It is still worth to stay at this resort despite these shortcomings as we are able to enjoy very good view from the resort. The resort maintained a website at http://www.thepines.com.my/main.htm.
