Our church held its eighth blood donation campaign today. The response was overwhelming with a total of 66 (not 67 as mentioned earlier) packs of blood donated; seven packs more than what we have targeted :-)
The last blood donation campaign which was held on 11 December last year only achieved 47 packs of blood. I should said that it is a great breakthrough for us to get 66 packs of blood today.
With this campaign, our church successfully donated a total of 366 packs of blood since the first blood donation campaign on 19, September 2007.
The result:
- First campaign: 36 packs
- Second campaign: 34 packs
- Third campaign: 46 packs
- Fourth campaign: 47 packs
- Fifth campaign : 48 packs
- Sixth campaign: 42 packs
- Seventh campaign: 47 packs
- Eighth campaign: 66 packs (highest)
