I was told before the retreat that everyone had to participate in a drama presentation and also the outdoor games. I don't have much confident in these two activities. As the participation was compulsory, I was quite worried in the beginning.
However, I forced myself to participate and finally I went through both of them. In fact, someone told me later that I acted very well in the drama :-) In addition to this, our group also win the game :-)
So I achieved at least two breakthroughs in this retreat :-)
