There are a good supply of self-planted fruits in the kampong too.
Banana
Ripe on the tree - very nice. This is how it looks when I reached the kampong.
Jack fruit
Papaya
Pineapple
Oranges
Limes
Coconut - very nice
Custard apple - first time I eat this fruit; creamy like cheese :-)
Big durian trees - but no durian this year; I didn't see a single rambutan, Dabai(Sarawak Black Olive) and many other fruits. So this is a "fruitless" holiday. Hopefully, after a year of good rest, there will be good harvest next year holiday.
