Daniel's PMR result is released today. He was informed by this friend on the facebook that he could collect the result slip from the school with immediate effect. He rushed to the school and came back with a big smile as he scored something beyond expectation - 5A 1B 1C.

The intensive tuition given by my niece, Hui Na, about two months prior the exam proved to be very effective :-) I am very satisfied with the result. However, giving tuition to Daniel can be very challenging, as he didn't really want to study. Hui Na had to try all sort of tricks to make him study, including buying him junk foods, knocking at the door tirelessly to wake him up from the afternoon sleep, rewarding him with game times, and in the worst case, threatening him that she will called me if he still don't want to study :-( I believe not everyone has the ability to perform this tuition work.
Now the exam is over, and the hard work pays. I hope Daniel will be be more independent and self-motivated as he progresses to his next level of study next year.
To be continued and see you next post :-)
