Rev. Lau is a good cook. He makes very nice roast pork. Many church members requested him to give a demonstration of how to cook a roast pork. He gladly accepted the request and gave a demonstration last evening.
I didn't join the demonstration as I was busy preparing slides for the thanksgiving session following the demonstration. My wife was present and took photos for me. Hopefully she managed to master the skill and is able to prepare nice roast pork for me :-)
