Day +2607 :Oversea Trip - Unknown to unkown (1)

I am fine today.

Pastor Andrew gave us an assignment called "Unknown to unknown" on the second day afternoon. He would like us to reach The Siam Mission by whatever means except taxi. He gave us some maps and we had to find a way to reach here by 6:00 p.m. It was about 3.00 p.m. by the time the assignment was given.

We identified the destination on the map and then asked the hotel receptionist how to reach there. We were advised to take a taxi. We said that we were not allowed to take a taxi, the receptionist also didn't know how to reach there without a taxi :-( We asked if we could walked to the nearest train station which was about 45 minutes walking distant based on what shown on Google Map, the receptionist said it was dangerous to do that :-(

However, we had no choice apart from walking. We walked and asked someone along the way, hoping that we would find some transport other than taxi that could bring us to the train station, but unfortunately everyone whom we asked advised us to take a taxi :-(

Guided by the Google Navigation (working in Thailand but not in Malaysia yet), we spent about 45 minutes to reach the train station. When we were about 10 minutes away from the station, I had a stomach ache, and needed to visit a toilet urgently. I was very sure it was due to the western food that we ate for lunch. Ps. Tan was luckier as he experienced the same just before we started our journey, and thus was able to "discharge the mess" in the hotel.

Fortunately, I was able to reach the train station without any incident. It was a great relief to find a toilet to "clear the mess".

We had to reach here by 6:00 p.m.
