Day +2105 : An Easter Celebration at PCAC - The Food

I am fine today.

Our church at Puchong celebrated an Easter Celebration on the evening of the Easter day. There were more than 180 children and adults, many of them non-Christians, attended the event. The short-term mission team from CMA Grace Chapel (基督教宣道会宣恩堂) was also here with us.

The program of the night was simple - eating, singing, sharing, performance, preaching, and talking. The dinner was potluck style and it was prepared by church members. Since almost all the dishes were home-cooked, they were all very delicious.

We invited my classmate, Chen Kah Kiong, to share his experience as a gambler. He was addicted to the gambling and struggled so much to return to a normal life, but all attempt failed until he met Jesus. He is now free from the bondage of gambling, and is studying in the seminary to prepare himself to serve God.

There was a music performance after the sharing, and this was followed by a message from Rev. Lau.

I would like to share with you the delicious food first. If you like the food, remember to join us in the next Easter Celeberation :-)

Preparation

Red wine residuum pork (红酒糟猪肉) - contribution from our family

Rev. Lau's lemon juice, a nice one :-)

To be continued and see you next post :-)
