I am fine today.
I was informed by Richard that Bar B Q Plaza is offering 50% discount on Groupon. One can buy a voucher worth RM20 with RM10 only. Of course I would not let go this great offer since my family members never have a chance to visit the restaurant before. I purchased 10 vouchers from Groupon and planned to visit the restaurant to enjoy a special dinner this evening.
I realised a term and condition stated on the voucher saying that "Limit 1 Groupon per table per receipt" only after I had purchased the vouchers. I thought that my family could enjoy RM200 worth of dinner with RM100 but now this becomes impossible as we can use one voucher only. This means RM10 saving per visit only. Given the expensive menu offered in this restaurant, RM10 saving definitely is not something that would convince me to dine there, but now the vouchers have been purchased, what could I do to maximize the saving?
We split the family into a few groups and ordered the meal separately. My wife and I dined with Aaron and Adriel respectively. Daniel, Joseph and Heng Yew (nephew) ordered their individual meals separately. This means that we achieved RM50 saving :-)
It just happened that Richard was also visiting the restaurant this evening. He purchased many vouchers without realising the limitation of the use of the vouchers. He also employed the same strategy to achieve more saving :-)
We have to be extra careful when purchasing this kind of offer next time.
See you next post :-)

You mean, you click Buy Now and choose 10 pcs of RM20 Voucher on single purchase on groupon.
Then groupon mail you 10pcs RM20 voucher ? (Not RM200 voucher on one paper)
Then you can only use 1 voucher per table ?
am i correct ?
Yes, Jacky. You are correct. I got 10pcs of vouchers and I can use one per table.
