Day +2404 : A day trip to Sekinchan - The beach

I am fine today.

The beach not far away, perhaps less than 1km, from Restoran Guan Seng Long. Richard and I surveyed the way to the beach first after the lunch, and after that we led the group to the beach. With this, no one lost his or her way this time :-)

Day +2403 : A day trip to Sekinchan - Lunch at Restoran Guan Seng Long

I am fine today.

We had lunch at Restoran Guan Seng Long (源盛隆冷气大酒家). A seminary mate of mine who is originated from Sekinchan asked her friend to arrange the lunch for us so that we were not treated as "outsider". With the special arrangement, a table of 7 dishes cost us RM160 only :-)

Day +2402 : A day trip to Sekinchan - Visiting Paddy Processing Factory

I am fine today.

My church organised a day trip to Sekinchan on Monday, 28 January 2013. They were more than 90 adults and children joined the trip. Our first stop was a paddy processing factory called PLS marketing. There was a fruit stall next to the factor where we purchased quite cheap guava and water apple :-)

We visited another fruit stall called Mango King. Though the stall is very near to the factor, it took us almost one hour to reach there as the whole convoy of vehicles lost their way :-( This is because we were all not familiar with Sekinchan - the blind leading the blind.

Day +2401 : 2013 MBS Annual Retreat - Enjoying grilled seafood at Pantai Bagan Lalang

I am fine today.

We went to Pantai Bagan Lalang for seafood after the program at night. The seafood there was very fresh and slightly cheaper than those found in KL :-)

With this, I shall conclude my postings on the retreat. Since I am going to graduate end of this year, I will not be attending the seminary annual retreat next year.
