Rev. Lau discovered yesterday that one unit of the shop lot that our church purchased experienced heavy leaking. Since the property has not been handed over to us, we called the property agent to inspect the unit with us this afternoon.
Fortunately the problem is due to pipe leaking, not the roof leaking which is a lot more difficult to rectify.
The owner of the shop lot who is contractor himself will rectify the problem tomorrow.
