Day +2793 : SCAC cell group with Pastor Kong

I am fine today.

Pastor Kong shared something about "Love and Forgiveness" in the SCAC cell group this evening. It is difficult to love someone who is unlovable, and it is even more difficult to forgive someone who always hurt us. Pastor Kong encouraged the members to forgive as it is what the scriptures told us.

Lo Bak Gao prepared by sister Chow Yong. The first time she tried to make this turnip cake, and it tasted not bad :-)

Day +2792 : Lunch with Pastor Kong at Puchong Yong Tau Fu Batu 14

I am fine today.

Pastor Tan and I brought Pastor Kong for lunch at Puchong Yong Tau Fu Batu 14, the best Yong Tau Fu restaurant in Puchong. Pastor Kong still remembered of coming there for dinner with some of our church members.

We enjoyed the lunch very much and Pastor Kong settled the bill this time :-)

Day +2791 : Sister Cell Group Meeting with Pastor Kong Again

I am fine today.

The sister cell group of PCAC invited Pastor Kong to share the message for the second time this morning. Pastor Kong continue his preaching on the characteristics of a noble woman based on Proverbs 31.

Pastor Kong is very friendly. The sisters like him very much. They would like to treat him a meal next week and the following week which he gladly accepted :-)

Day +2790 : Banana from Richard

I am fine today.

My brother Richard planted a lot of fruit trees and some of them started to bear fruits. One of them is banana. He gave me a tier of banana few days ago. The fruit looks good and attractive but it doesn't taste good :-( Perhaps I should fried it :-)

Day +2789 : A lunch with Rev. Dr. Isaac Yim

I am fine today.

Senior Pastor Rev. Dr. Isaac Yim and his wife Rosie hosted a steamboat lunch for a few pastors in his wife this afternoon. I was one of the lucky few to be invited for the lunch. Rev. Dr. Isaac is the director of Friends of Pastors International with its aim of helping pastors, especially those who are fresh like us :-)

Apart from serving us with a delicious steamboat lunch, Rev. Dr. Isaac also presented each of us with a set of two books (student and leader's guide) - One on One with God. He also shared with us some of his experience in pastoring the churches over the past.

I am grateful to get to know Rev. Dr. Isaac and I learned a lot from him today :-)

Day +2788 : The first church leaders potluck dinner in 2014

I am fine today.

Puchong Christian Alliance Centre held its first church committee and cell group leaders potluck dinner this evening. The potluck was attended by about 20 church leaders, and it was followed by an two hours meeting.

I enjoyed both the food and the meeting :-)
